ENVIROWASH was designed as a responsible environmental solution to the Victorian State Governments water restriction policy passed by the Upper House in March 2003.

The ENVIROWASH is a totally self-contained car wash facility that doesn’t require mains water supply nor does it discharge any wash water into our sewer or storm water systems.

ENVIROWASH recycles 100% of the wash water (other than evaporation) through its unique Cleanawater oil solids water separation system with three-stage final filtering.

The recycled water, once passed through the award winning state of the art Cleanawater recycle system, contains solids well below EPA “River Water” specifications.

ENVIROWASH has two 1000 litre holding tanks situated within the chassis structure, which are filled by rainwater tankers when required. A recycle water pressure pump forces the wash water through the three filtration units at 1,500 L/hr and 300 kPa, before entering the High Pressure Water Pump used for washing down the vehicles. The run-off water from the wash down falls through the expanded metal platform and flows along the enclosed gutter into the triple interceptor pit. The water is pumped from the triple interceptor pit into the Cleanawater two-stage oil separator. Recycled water discharged from the separator is then gravity fed back into the second water holding tank.

All detergents used are 100% biodegradable and are of the highest quality thus ensuring a sparkling gleam to your car and no contamination of our sensitive ecological system.
